            Record is taken up for order on the point of admission.

            The matter was heard on 28.09.2021.

            Having heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant and on perusal of the contents of the petition of complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto, we find that the name of the complainant is Mosammath Fahima but in the Aadhaar Card her name has been written as Mosammath Fahima Tabassum.

             So far as the allegation of the complainant that the OP M/s Lifeline given wrong medicine instead of medicine prescribed by Dr. Kh. Tabassum Masuda. In this context, it is to note that Dr. Masuda prescribed medicine in the name of Fahima Tabassum not in the name of the complainant. It is not out of place to say that Dr. Masuda did not mention her registration number issued by the Medical Council of West Bengal. Except Coetrie Capsul, other medicine given by the OP are tally with prescription. The name of the doctor is not written in the cash/credit memo.

            On bare perusal of complaint dated 28.05.2021 that one Fahima Tabassum lodged complaint against OP addressed to the OC Shakespeare Sarani PS about supply of wrong medicine. Complaint petition is supported by an affidavit. There is no whisper in the affidavit that complainant Mosammath Fahima and Mosammath Fahima Tabassum is the same and identical person. Therefore, there is doubt about the identity of the complainant named Miss Mosammath Fahima.

            Based on the above discussion, we do not find any reason to admit the complaint. Accordingly, complaint is rejected.
