Ld. lawyer of complainant appears and submits his case. Upon considering his submissions and on careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record, we find that that complainant has failed to establish his prima facie case since o.p. has not made any deficiency of service to the consumer / complainant as service provider. Beside this, it appears from the petition that complainant has made several paragraphs blank such as para 5, para 16 and para 20 and for which it appears that the complaint petition is itself incomplete whereas it is surprising to note that complainant verified the petition and he stated in para 3 of the verification that para 1 to 23 of the complaint petition is true to his knowledge and belief whereas it is surprising to note that the complaint petition remains blank in the aforesaid paragraphs which is obviously contradictory to the verification.

In view of the above observations and findings, this Forum holds that the instant petition demands rejection.

Hence, ordered,

That the instant petition is rejected.
