ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 26.04.2024, Sh.Ajay Singh Rawat, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that OPs/JDs No.1 to 3 have already filed separate appeals before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, which are pending. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that at this stage, he does not press the present execution application and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after decision of the appeals by the Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, if need be. The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copy of the order dated 08.01.2024 (Annexure A-1) be returned to the counsel for complainant/DH by retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant/DH free of cost. The file be consigned.
