This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri. M.Sivaji Rao, Advocate, for the complainant, and opposite parties 1&2 in person upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

A receipt filed by the complainant as to the receipt of new television in the place of old was received on 22-5-2009 from the opposite parties. The said receipt furnish the particulars of the old CTV and replaced CTV, besides to a note endorsement of complainant, that he satisfied with the above replacement, he received and have no objection and so with drawing the case. Therefore, their being any thing for prosecuting the case, the case is dismissed accordingly.
