Sh.Shubham, Engg,for and on behalf of opposite party No.2 & 3 got recorded his statement that he has handed over the new mobile phone alongwith its accessories today in the Forum. He undertakes to hand over the bill of new mobile phone handed over to the complainant today in the

Forum, within a week from today against receipt. In view of the above statement, Sh.Sumit Kumar, complainant alongwith his counsel Sh.Vishal Gupta, Adv.got recorded his statement that he has received new mobile phone of same brand and model from the opposite party today in the Forum. He has also handed over original bill, job sheet and charger to the opposite party today in the Forum. The mobile set is already in possession of the opposite party and he undertakes to hand over the flip cover of his previous mobile to the opposite party at their office within a week from today. Therefore, in these circumstances, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
