Final Order / Judgement

This record is placed in view of the petition filed by the complainant with a view to pre-pone this complaint which was registered as MA 66/2021.

The record reveals that the actual date is fixed on 23.12.2021 for S/R and appearance.

On 08.03.2021 this complaint was admitted and thereafter 20.05.2021 was also fixed for S/R and appearance.

On the said date as none was present then this Ld. Bench was pleased to give further date as 23.12.2021 for S/R and appearance of the parties.

It is pertinent to mention that after admission hearing of this complaint, the office of this Ld. Commission had already been issued notice/s upon the Ops, out of which an unserved envelope in respect of Op 1 has returned to this Ld. Commission with an endorsement as ‘left’. ‘Lett’ is not a good service.

Though today is not the date for giving any direction to the complainant, to expedite the matter the complainant is directed to take appropriate step in respect of Op 1, so that the notice can be served at the proper address.

Therefore, the prayer for pre-ponement of this complaint as mentioned in the MA 66/2021 cannot be entertained at this juncture.

Hence the MA 66/2021 is thus dismissed.

Todate ie. 23.12.2021 is fixed for S/R and appearance and taking steps.
