            Ld. lawyer for the complainant appears and submits his case. Upon considering his submissions and on perusal of the entire materials on record, it appears that in the aforesaid petition complainants have enclosed three copies of agreement for sale wherefrom it reveals that the agreements are of different consideration amount as well as different area of plot of land and overall those three agreements were executed on three different dates between the parties.

            Moreover, there is no specific payment schedule as per terms and conditions of the agreement. Apart from above, complainants did not opt for cancellation of booking as per terms of the agreement as laid down in clause 10 in the said agreement.

            In view of the above, this Forum held that there is no deficiency on the part of the o.ps. Hence, the instant complaint petition is rejected.
