1.       Case called out intermittently. 

          None appears for the petitioner.

2.       Perusal of the record shows that even on the last date none had appeared for petitioner. (Though it may be clarified that in the last order sheet dated 30.09.2022 Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Verma, who is counsel for respondent has been wrongly shown as counsel for petitioner.)  Even on the date further before it none had appeared for petitioner. Order dated 22.07.2022 may be quoted hereinbelow:

ORDER

When the Case was taken up, nobody appears for the Petitioner.  However, Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Verma, learned Counsel for the Respondent is present.  In the interest of justice, I defer the Matter.

          List on 30.09.2022.

          Registry is directed to send necessary information to the Respondent and its counsel about the next date fixed in the Matter.

     

 

 

 3.      Today also neither learned counsel nor proxy counsel nor anybody else appeared on behalf of petitioner. 

          The petition stands dismissed in non-prosecution.

4.       However, in the interest of justice it may be observed that if the petitioner is interested in pursuing the matter in right earnest with due diligence and feels aggrieved by this Order he may move appropriate application for recall of Order and restoration of petition in accordance with law.      

5.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition and to their learned counsel. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
