Perused the materials of the case record.  As there is prima facie case, let this case be admitted.

In this case the op / applicant has prayed for setting aside ex parte order.  The applicant has filed w/v.  More so in course of hearing, Ld. Advocate for the O.P. is not raising any objection in the matter of setting aside the ex parte order.  Moreover for the interest of proper and complete adjudication of the CC case no.224/2022 the prayer of the op/ applicant for setting aside ex parte order is allowed but at the cost of Rs.500/- payable to the complainant side who is the op of this M.A case.

In the light of the observation made above, the M.A case is disposed of.  Let the w/v filed be kept with the C.C. case no.224/22.
