We have heard the counsel for the Complainant & perused the complaint. The complaint is only about not expected behavior of the staff of service station of OP where he sent his old car fro repair or service in 2013. No details of defects not repaired despite payment are shown. The whole complaint applied to be motivated by displeased or anger, and show no cause of action for deficiency. It has been frivolously file against OP.

The Complaint is dismissed as frivolous.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
