          Sh. Sumit Chaudhary, Engineer of the opposite party No.2 appeared and suffered statement that opposite party No.2 is ready to replace the handset of the complainant with a new one of the same make and model with a fresh warranty within 15-20 days from today. In view of the above statement, instant complaint is dispose of with directions to the opposite party No.2 to replace the handset of the complainant with a new one of the same make and model with a fresh warranty within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
