1.       Adv.Shri.Pradeep P.Kalaskar holding for Adv. Shri.S.S.Panale  appeared for the appellant and he filed authority letter. He also filed pursis signed by him stating that as per instruction from the appellant he want to withdrawn the appeal. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. He submitted that both the parties have arrived at settlement out of this Commission and therefore, the appellant has filed pursis seeking permission to withdraw the appeal. Permission is grated to withdraw the appeal.  The appeal is thus  disposed of as withdrawn.
