It is stated by learned counsel for both parties that matter has amicable settled between the parties and in pursuance of the settlement arrived between the parties, possession letter has been handed over to the appellant by the respondent.

          Photo copies of relevant documents to this effect have been placed on record.

          In view of the above facts, counsel for appellant does not press this appeal and the same stand disposed of, being settled.
