Record is placed before the Upabhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 21.06.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present with Authorized Representative of complainants (i) Srabani Chakraborty and (ii) Akashnil Chakraborty. Letter of authority is filed for the complainants. Ld. Advocate for the OP is also present.

Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter.

Both the parties are agreed to settle the matter of Rs.33,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Three lakh) only which will be paid by the OP to the complainants in three (3) equal installment on and from 05.07.2023, 14.08.2023 and 15.09.2023 and which will be paid by cheque or online.

The complainants are directed to supply online details for payment to the OP through e-mail immediately for compliance of the order of the Lok Adalat.

In default of payment, the petitioners / complainants are at liberty to put the matter into Execution as per Law.                                                               

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 131/2020 is settled and disposed of finally though the Upabhokta Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
