Today is fixed for MA hearing being no. MA/46/2020.

But none appears to move the application. It appears that for obtaining of order for temporary injunction the said application was filed by the complainant. But the complainant has taken now recessive steps for which the case has sustained several number of adjournments at the stage of hearing MA. Such being the position we are of the view that the complainant is no longer interested to press the aforesaid application. The application is thus a dismissal order.

Hence it is ordered that the MA being no. MA/46/2020 is rejected with default on the part of the applicant.

27.05.2022 is fixed for filing W/V by the OPs.
