ORDER

23/10/2008 T/BY SRI:- BSV OPPOSITE PARTY/BY SRI:- Perused the complaint. As per the pleadings the opposite party has sent wrong bill on 15/12/2005 for Rs. 9,990/-. Another bill sent by opposite party is Rs.11,888/-. The complainant sent facts on 27/12/2005 requesting the opposite party to look into the matter. The complainant stated that opposite party corrected one transaction on 15/3/2006 and another transaction has been corrected on 28/9/2006. Therefore, as per the pleadings of the complainant the opposite party rectified the wrong bills sent to the complainant. The complaint filed before this Forum by the complainant on 14/10/2008 is clearly barred by time. The complainant has not approached the Forum within two years from the date of cause of action. The complainant has not suffered any financial loss. The wrong bill sent by the opposite party having been rectified long back as per the pleading of the complainant. Therefore, the present complaint is barred by time. U/Sec.24 A of the C.P Act. 1986 the District Forum shall not admit the complaint unless it is filed within 2 years from the date on which the cause of action has arisen. In this case, the complaint has been filed after two years of the cause of action is not liable to be admitted. Therefore, I proceed to pass the following:- ORDER The complaint is not admitted and the same is dismissed as barred by time. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
