The complainant has issued two cheques of Rs.96,000/- dated 07.03.08 and Rs.22,545/- dated 31.04.09 drawn on OP bank in favor of T.R Sahwney first cheque was valid for six months as per RBI guidelines but the said cheques was encashed after lapse of six months after expiry of validity period as alleged by complainant. OP has denied the facts in W.S/evidence stated that the cheque issued by complainant was well in time and it was encashed within the validity period. The 2^nd cheque’s date was corrected by Complainant dated 30.04.05 in place of 31^st April, as there is no 31^st April. This cheuqe was also cleared. The grievances of the complainant is that bank after allegedly & failure to given copies of cheque as deferred.  There is no loss to the complaint is the process nor liability is denied. In our considered view, no deficiency is committed by OP, and no case for compensation is made out.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
