          Respondents builders had agreed to sell a built-up area                   of  790 sq. feet which has been given to the petitioner.  Petitioner                 wants  Carpet  Area  of  790  sq. feet.    The State Commission has

held that the petitioner would not be entitled to Carpet Area of 790 sq. feet.  ‘Built-Up Area’ has been defined by the Bureau of Indian Standards as “Built-Up Area includes the carpet area, the wall thickness and the balcony.  It is usually 18-25 per cent more than the carpet area.”  The builders have given the built-up area of 790 sq feet to the petitioner.  We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the State Commission.  Revision petition is dismissed.
