In this Case , it is seen that, after filing of this case, the complainant has not appeared being this Forum on a single day. This case is about settlement of accounts with the ops- financiers. The ops in spite of valid notice neither preferred to filed counter, nor participated in this proceeding in any manner.

              As the matter relates to settlement of accounts, we feel it expedient to hear the complainant and hence contacted the complainant over phone which we found from the documents filed by the complainant but he denied to have filed any consumer dispute before this Forum. How strange it is.

              In the above circumstances we decided to close this case since the complainant has no interest to contest his own case. In the result, the present case is dismissed.
