As a result of compromise between the parties, Sh.Ravinder Singh,authorized signatory of the opposite party got recorded his statement that opposite party is ready to settle the case of the complainant on payment of Rs.4500/- as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant within 15 days. Complainant got recorded his statement that he agreed to the statement made by the authorized signatory of the opposite party. Resultantly, he withdrew the present complaint.

Conseqently, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and opposite party is directed to pay Rs.4500/- to the complainant within 15 days from the date of order. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
