Today is fixed for admission hearing. Heard Ld. Lawyer for the complainant in full. 
From paragraph 15 of the petition pf complaint we find that complainant is a company and is running business and complainant cannot be construed as a consumer as defined in C.P. Act as the complainant is running business for commercial purpose and such type of complaint cannot be entairned since barred by C.P. Act.
In view of the findings above instant complaint is rejected.
Complainant is liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the self same cause of action.
A plain copy of this order be be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
