A joint application had been moved on behalf of parties stating that matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the settlement agreement Annexure ‘A’ dated 20.11.2021. It is stated that the OP has paid the sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- to the Complainant towards the full and final settlement of the present complaint case, vide cheque no. 104904 dated 13.10.2021.  The cheque has already been received by the Complainant on the previous date.

The matter stands disposed off as settled.
