          Complainant absent. OP1 represented and submitted that complainant was continuously absent for several consecutive postings and not appeared for cross examination by the OP. Today it is posted for the appearance of complainant as last chance for cross examination.  Cross examination is the legal right of the other party otherwise they will loss their chance to prove their case by disproving the allegations of the other side  if they can. Hence due to the absence of the petitioner for cross examination Ops lost their chance to prove their case.  Hence the petition is dismissed.
