As per the office report, no stay order or any other order has been received from the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other Court.

                   This is an application for refund of Rs.25,000/-, alongwith interest, if any,  accrued thereon, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal.

                   It is evident from the record that against the order dated 22.5.2013, First Appeal No. 262 of 2013 was filed, which was accepted vide order dated 8.8.2013 and the case was remanded back to the District Forum for deciding the same afresh after affording opportunity to the Opposite Party to lead evidence.

                   In view of the above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal,  alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, shall stand refunded, in favour of Sh. Amit Kakkar son of Sh. Ravi Kakkar, Director of M/s Healthway Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd., as prayed for , against valid receipt and on proper identification.

                   The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
