Perused the complaint, no one present for admission hearing from the side of the omplainant.

It is observed that the Complainant is a graphic Designer by the profession and he is Director of H B Studios, therefore Desktop Monitor is purchased by him for his Commercial activities, therefore he is not fall within the ambit of Consumer Protection Act as Consumer.

Hence the complaint stands dismissed as the Complainant is not a Consumer under the Consumer Protection Act.
