                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite party to issue process  and also to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-  with cost of the complaint to the complainant.

          No representation for complainant.  Respondent / opposite party counsel present and reported that the matter settled out of court.  Necessary receipt of the complaint also received and filed with Memo on 20.5.2015 itself.   However in spite of several adjournments the complainant who appeared in this case in person has not appeared for the verification despite of notice given by the opposite party.  Hence the complaint is called absent, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
