The Ld. Advocate of the complainant appears before this Commission and submits that the matter has been settled out of Court amicably in between the parties. The pending work have already been done and completion certificate handed over. The complainant has got everything for which he has filed this case. Now the complainant prays for dismissal of the case. It is the complainant who has filed this case and it is his prerogative that he can back out at any stage of the case and therefore, the prayer of the complainant for dismissal of the case should be allowed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
