Order No.  19

Today is fixed for hearing of the MA being No. 133/2022.

The Ld. Advocate on both sides are present.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the developer that a part of the consideration money i.e. Rs. 7,50,000/- is remaining unpaid, for which his client is unable to go for execution and registration of sale deed in respect to the flat.

It is further clarified by him that the flat is still lying under occupation of the developer. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to make payment for the balance amount i.e. Rs. 7,50,000/- by 20.12.2022.

After which, order for execution and registration of sale deed either by appointing an Advocate Commissioner or otherwise would be passed.

The MA being No. 133/2022 is thus disposed of.

20.12.2022 is fixed for payment of Rs. 7,50,000/-.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
