The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present. The application registered as MA/51/2023 is taken up for hearing. Heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and she submits that all the grievances of the complainant for which he has brought this case have already been met up due to amicable settlement and her client is not interested to proceed with the case. As submitted by her, this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order on full satisfaction.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.
