The M.A. No. 21/2023 application by the complainant is taken up and heard.

The complainant submitted an application for appointment of Advocate Commissioner for execution and registration of Deed of Conveyance. In the instant case all the O.Ps are not appeared and the complainant is not yet service satisfactory notices upon the O.P members.

The date was fixed for evidence by complainant but the complainant filed a petition i.e. M.A. 21/2023 for appointment of Advocate Commissioner instead of filing evidence.

Complainant even not submitted the postal receipts and track report and evidence also. In this stage appointment of Advocate Commissioner is not entertainable.

The M.A petition being No. 21/2023 filed by the complainant is heard, considered and rejected.
