Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. 

This case is taken up for consideration at 12.15 p.m. at first and thereafter at 1.25 p.m.  The complainant is found absent at the above noted two times.  No show cause has been filed by the complainant in compliance of the order of this district commission passed in this case vide order no.14 dated.13.3.2023.  So it is crystal clear that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

                                                            ORDERED

That this complaint case being no.76/2021 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.  No order is passed as to cost
