ORDER
  1. We have carefully perused the Review Applications No. 54 to 61 of 2019 as well as the impugned order dated 04.01.2019 passed in CC Nos. 3796, 3797 of 2017 and CC Nos. 3801 to 3806 of 2017 alongwith IA Nos. 14069 and 19811 of 2018.Since the issues involved in all the Consumer Complaints as well as IAs are common, we decided them by taking facts of CC No.3796/2018 alongwith IA No. 14609/2018 and IA No.19811/2018.

  2. Learned counsel for the parties were heard at length and after careful perusal of record, keeping in view the judgments cited and in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, consumer complaints were held maintainable and IAs were disposed off.

  3. Order dated 08.02.2019 reads as follows:

“These Review Applications were listed for consideration in chamber.  Learned counsel for the parties mentioned the matters in the courtroom and submitted some citations.

Heard arguments on behalf of the learned counsel for the parties.  Order is reserved.”

However, only the counsel for the Opposite Party was heard as he had mentioned the matter in the open court.

  1. All the important issues raised by the Opposite Party in their reply to the Complaint have been duly addressed in the order dated 04.01.2019.We are convinced that the additional information and documents sought by the Opposite Party would only further delay the disposal of the Complaints on merits. We do not see any need to refer the matter to a larger Bench as we do not find any error apparent in the impugned order passed which would warrant review of order dated 04.01.2019.Accordingly Review Applications No. 54 to 61 of 2019 are dismissed.

Copy of the order be issued to both the Parties and their respective Counsels.
