03.03.2018 : The Complainant being present filed a petition dated 27.02.2018 to advance the case record today as per grounds stated therein. Perused the petition dated 27.02.2018.  On the strength of the said petition, the case is advanced today.  The Complainant filed a memo stating that he does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps as the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court.

Perused the memo dated 27.02.2018 filed by the Complainant and ascertained that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court amicably and also the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.Ps.

In view of the above facts on the basis of the memo dated 27.02.2018, we dismiss the case against the Opp. Parties, since amicably settled.
