Complainant as well as the A/R for Op.No.2 is present.

At the time of hearing. Complainant filed a petition dt. 31.01.2018 stating that the disputes between the parties have already been settled on compromised out of court.

Perused the compromise petition dated 31.01.2018 filed by the complainant It is ascertained that in the compromised petition which was duly signed by the complainant and Op.No.2 reveals that both the parties have entered in to compromise and settled their deputes out of court amicable.

Hence in view of above settlements on compromise, we dismiss the case against the Op as amicably settled.
