Complainant is present. A/R for Op.No.3 is also present Complainant and A/R for Op.No.3 jointly filed a settlement proposal dated 03.11.2018 stating that the present disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court and both parties to present disputes have intended to close the case.

Perused the settlement proposal dated 03.11.2018 filed by the Complainant and the A/R for Op.No.3. It is ascertained from the submissions of both the parties present today to that effect that they have settled their disputes with a condition of refund of the cost of the alleged mobile handset in dispute i.e. for Rs. 8,900/- without any compensation and cost. Both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions of the said proposal for settlement and also it is ascertained that no parties have any claim against each other in future in relation to the alleged mobile handset. Further as per the said settlement the complainant has also agreed to return the alleged mobile handset in dispute to the Op.No.3 at the time of their compliance of the payment of Rs. 8,900/-. Therefore, on the basis of such settlement dated 03.11.2018, we are inclined to drop the case hence froth.

 Keeping in view of the above compliance made between the parties as per the settlement dated 03.11.2018, we have no hesitation to close the case. Hence the present case closed henceforth.
