None appears on repeated calls. On 21.12.2018was fixed for showing cause by theDhr. Record speaks that since 08.01.218 the Dhris not coming. It is seen by us that on 08.01.2018, 25.04.2018 the Dhr remained absent. For this reason the Dhr was directed to show cause. But on 21.12.2018 the Dhr remained as usual absent without taking any step, no cause is shown. Under such circumstances we have no option but to reject the instant execution application on the ground that the inaction of the Dhr reveals that the Dhr has lost interest to proceed with this EA.

Hence it is ordered that the EA being no-171/2014 is hereby rejected without any cost.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
