ORDER

Present application has been moved by the petitioner with the prayer that the amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registry be returned to the petitioner as the petitioner has already paid the decreetal amount to the respondent in the execution proceedings.  Revision petition was disposed of on 23.2.2010.

          Counsel appearing for the respondent fairly concedes that the respondent has received the decreetal amount.

          Decree stands satisfied.  Office is directed to refund the amount deposited to the petitioner along with interest accrued thereon.

          Misc. application stands disposed of.
