Today is fixed for taking steps by the D/hr.

D/hr. has field hazira but prayed time once again for taking steps.

Nobody moved the said petition when this matter is taken up for consideration initially at 12:35 pm and finally at 1:45 pm.

On the background of the above noted position it appears from the case record that the D/hr. has not taken steps on the earlier two dates and on both the earlier two dates the D/hr. prayed time.

The conduct of the D/hr. is clearly indicating that the D/hr. is not interested to proceed with this execution case.

In view of this position this District Commission has no other way but to drop this execution proceeding.

Let this execution case be and the same is dropped.
