The case record is taken up today on the strength of a Memo filed by the complainant wherein he stated that the OP No.2 has credited Rs. 74,000/- into his account and settle his claim outside of this Commission to his utmost satisfaction, hence he prayed before this Commission not to proceed with the case against the Op further in the interest of justice.

                It is seen from the memo of complainant that the OP.2 has already settled the matter with full satisfaction of complainant and as the complainant himself prayed not to pre with the case, this Commission lost it’s gravity to proceed further with the matter. As thus, we dropped the case with an order as to no costs.
