(1)      Appellant and its counsel remained absent in spite of notice published on Notice Board, on internet and separate briefing of the dates fixed was given to the officials of the insurance companies as well as by way of abundant precaution intimation of today's date sent.  Respondent/original complainant by Adv.Yogesh Dandekar is present.  He files Vakalatnama.  He submits that the execution proceedings against the impugned order has been disposed off, since the order is fully complied with.  The certified copy of the order dated 06/05/2009 passed in execution proceeding by the forum is produced on record.  Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for default.
