Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for S/R and appearance. But no S/R is received.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant submits that dispute has been settled with the OPs amicably in the meanwhile. The complainant is also present in person. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant that in terms of the settlement arrived at the property in suit has already been transferred to the complainant under a valid deed registered on 31.01.2022.

He files an application to that effect. The application is also supported by copy of IGR. The complainant also submits that her claim has fully been satisfied and she does not want to proceed with the case. After giving consideration to the application filed by the Ld. Advocate, copy of IGR and the submission advanced by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant we find that this is fit case where we can record a dismissal order.

Hence, it is ordered that :-

The case be and the same is dismissed on full satisfaction, but there will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
