ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time on the question of entertainability of the complaints, learned counsel for the complainants prays that the complaints may be returned to him for

presentation before the appropriate forum i.e. the State Commission.  Accordingly, the complaints are returned to the complainants for presenting before the State Commission within a period of 30 days from today. 

                        Needless to mention that we have not considered the question of the entertainability of the complaints by a consumer fora and it will be open to consider  the same by the concerned forum which becomes seized of the complaints.  Order accordingly.
