This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to return the advance amount of Rs.25,000/- paid by the complainant and to take back the home security appliances and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, anguish and deficiency in service with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
