          Heard the Complainant on the admissibility of the

         complaint.  

 

 

 

 

ORDER

 

We have gone through the contents of the complaint, wherein the Complainant has sought for the multiple relief with regard to the invoice and also with regard to the demo of the Aquaguard Classic+ water purifier.

 

2. The sole issue raised by the Complainant is that, the invoice of the said product is not properly sent by Op. Further submits that after purchasing the said product, it was found some leakage problem which has been rectified by the person who is well acquainted with the said product and get it repaired.  As on today there is no any deficiency of service found on the part of Op with regard to the manufacturing defect if any. The jurisdiction of this forum is very limited to consider the deficiency of service and also with regard to the manufacturing defect if any. In the instant case, we do not find any manufacturing defect in the said product. If any manufacturing defect found place, the Complainant is at liberty to approach the Op to get it service within the warranty period. If Op denied, in that event the option is left open to the Complainant to knock the door of this forum to get redress her remedy. With these observations we find, it is not fit case for admission to issue notice to the Op to hear the say of the Op in this matter. Accordingly the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.

 

3. Return the documents if any produced by the Complainant with proper acknowledgement.
