Learned counsel for the respective parties, on instructions of the parties submit that parties have entered into an amicable settlement, which has been reduced into writing. Terms and conditions are contained in copy of the settlement deed Ex.C-1 which runs into six pages. It is submitted that original settlement deed has been signed by the complainant as also by the opposite party. Learned counsel Ms.Snehlata Srivastava for the OP states that contents of Ex.C-1 are correct as agreed by the parties and OP shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement deed and shall honour its part of obligation in the settlement agreement. In view of the aforesaid statement made at the Bar by the counsel for the OP, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw this complaint. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the settlement Ex.C-1.
