Order No.20 dated 15.7.2019.   Today is fixed for filing amended complaint petition by the complainant. The complainant files a petition in affidavit being notarized praying to withdraw the complaint petition as the dispute has been settled amicably. The complainants prayed that the opposite parties agreed to execute and register sell deed in favour of the complainants in respect of their disputed flat but due to pendency of the complaint petition it is not possible so the complainants decided to withdraw the complainant petition. The complainants served the copy of their petitions to the opposite parties.

 Hearing the both sides advocates and the complainants and their advocates we are in the opinion that the dispute has been settled amicably and the complainants are not interested to proceed with the case, so they filed the instant petition to withdraw the case. This Forum may not cause impediment at the pious act of the complainants so the complainant petition is dismissed due to withdrawal.
