Counsel for the parties present.  They submit that the matter stands settled.  Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 1 files his Vakalatnama, which is kept on record.  Memorandum of settlement given by the parties is also kept on record.  Parties are directed to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the memorandum, which is made part of this order and in our presence, Banker’s cheque in the sum of Rs. 7,76,512/- paid to the Complainant in presence of her counsel. 

Opposite party No. 2 is hereby discharged from this case as no relief is claimed against him.  The complainant and Opposite Party No. 1 only will remain bound with the memorandum of settlement.
