| Final Order / Judgement | Order No.2 Ld. Advocate for the petitioners is present. The authorized representative of opposite party no.1 is also present. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that complainant no.1 Tamal Saha died on 25/05/2023 leaving behind his son and wife, the petitioners herein. So, the name of the son i.e. petitioner no.1 Sri Subhajit Saha be incorporated in CC/312/2022 as complainant no.1. On perusal of the record we find that the application for substitution has been filed with the limitation period. So, the same is accepted. Hence, the Misc. Application is allowed on contest. The name of petitioner no.1 Sri Subhajit Saha be incorporated in place of deceased Tamal Saha in CC/312/2022. Note in register and upload in confonet. Office to comply. Thus, the Misc.
