The Complainant was under the obligation to take necessary steps for effecting service of notice upon the Op No. 1 and 2, but the Complainant was absent on the previous date and also today. Inspite of being directed to show file show cause for his absence on the previous date, she has not taken any step today also. As such, it seems to this Ld. Forum that she has lost her interest in this Case. Hence the case destine to be dismissed. Hence it is ordered, that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.
