Jdr is present and has produced previous disposed of EA No- 26/09 to prove that Dhr's decree had been staisfied in EA No-26/09 and there after again this EA No-25/14 is filed  and Company both the record it is found that this Ex. Case is fake are filed by the Dhr even after satisfaction of this decree in EA No. 26/09.

Hence, ordered, that the Ex. Case be and same is dismissed as false and fake execution case.
